These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auditee website at useauditee.com (the "Site") and the AI-powered code audit services provided by Telic Info Services LTD ("Telic Info Services", "Auditee", "we", "us", "our") (the "Services").
By using the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or purchase Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Auditee provides an AI-powered code audit service. When you submit a codebase or repository, we run a cross-model analysis using multiple AI models and deliver a signed audit report identifying security vulnerabilities, data handling issues, scalability risks, and problematic code patterns.
The audit report is delivered in plain language with source references for each finding.
The Auditee report is an audit, not a security guarantee or certification.
Current pricing is displayed on the Site. Prices are shown in euros (€). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Payment is required before audit delivery. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
All sales are final once the audit report has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver your report due to a fault on our side, we will provide a full refund.

We use your submitted code solely to perform the audit and deliver the report. We do not use your code to train AI models, share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to run the analysis, or retain it after the report is delivered unless required by law.
You retain all ownership of the code you submit. We retain ownership of the Site, the audit methodology, and the report format. The delivered report is provided to you for your own business and operational use.
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the audit will identify every vulnerability in your codebase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Telic Info Services LTD and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Site or Services, including any reliance on the audit report.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telic Info Services LTD from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your submission of code you did not have the right to submit.
The Site may link to third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
